ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
THURSDAY, JULY 16, 2020
Our annual General Membership Meeting will be held virtually on Thursday, July 16th at 7:00 PM. If you are interested in attending the meeting, please email our League Secretary at:

During the meeting, the following will be reviewed:
-Status of the League (operationally/financially)
-Plans for the Fall Season
-Membership Votes:
*Approval of Constitution (if needed)
*Number of Members on the Board
*Specific Board Members
We will need 20% of the League's members/volunteers to vote via absentee ballot (or virtually during the meeting) in order to conduct business. We will be sending out absentee ballot information in a separate email to all current members/volunteers.

SPRING 2020 REFUND UPDATE
We are working diligently to process all refunds for the 2020 Spring Season. Please allow 7 to 10 days business days, from the date of this email, to receive your refund. We apologize for the delay. We are working closely with Sports Connect to process the refunds as timely as possible.
For those that elected to receive a credit, the credits will be available for use by July 6th or when Fall registration opens.
If you elected to donate your refund to the league, tax donation receipts will be issued/emailed by the end of July.
FALL REGISTRATION UPDATE
We are planning to launch Fall registration by July 6th. Due to the shortened registration window, we will not be charging any late fees. We are closely monitoring the recent increase in COVID-19 cases and working with City officials for a safe return to play for the Fall season. Tentative Fall dates are as follows:
- Practices Begin - August 22nd
- Games Begin - September 13th
- Season Ends - November 14th or November 19th
