FALL 2020 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!!!
We are excited to announce that Fall Registration for our baseball and softball programs is now OPEN!!! Countryside LL continues to offer some of the lowest registration fees in the area for youth baseball and softball programs and we are very excited to get back onto the field!!!
Important 2020 Fall Registration Dates:
Early Registration Friday July 10th to Friday July 24th
Regular Registration Saturday July 25th to Wednesday August 12th
Registration closes Wednesday August 12th at 11:45pm
(Any player registered from 8/12 to 8/15 will be wait listed and not guaranteed a spot on a roster)
CHANGES TO THE 2020 FALL SEASON
Due to the shortened 2020 Spring Season as a result of Covid-19, we will be making the following adjustments to the Fall 2020 season:
-- We will not be aging up players in the Fall as we have done in the past. We will continue to use the August 31, 2020 league age date to determine your player's league age for baseball and January 1, 2020 for softball. Please click on the link below to learn more and how to determine your player's current league age.

-- Skills demonstrations will be for new players only, or for those players that DID NOT play with Countryside during the 2020 Spring Season. If your player was on a 2020 Spring Season Countryside team, they do not need to attend skills.
-- We will be retaining the same teams from the 2020 Spring season. Any new players or players that did not play with the league during the 2020 Spring season, will be added or drafted to existing teams or new teams will be formed as necessary. Please remember to keep your uniform from the Spring season!

2020 RETURN TO PLAY SAFETY PLAN
We have been working closely with the City of Clearwater to provide a safe return to play environment for our players and families. The Board has put together a comprehensive Covid-19 plan that was recently approved by the City of Clearwater. The Board takes the safety of its players and families very seriously. These new guidelines will be closely monitored by the board of directors and the league safety officer.
Please keep in mind that any plan is fluid and we will continue to make updates as needed based on new information that becomes available. All coaches/managers will be trained on the plan before Fall practices begin. We strongly encourage all parents to read through the plan and become familiar with our new safety protocols so you know what to expect as the Fall season gets underway. The plan is posted on our website under a new heading called "Safety" and we provided a link to the plan below.

REMINDER ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
THURSDAY, JULY 16, 2020
Our annual General Membership Meeting will be held virtually on Thursday, July 16th at 7:00 PM. If you are interested in attending the meeting, please email our League Secretary at:

During the meeting, the following will be reviewed:
-Status of the League (operationally/financially)
-Plans for the Fall Season
-Membership Votes:
*Approval of Constitution (if needed)
*Number of Members on the Board
*Specific Board Members
We will need 20% of the League's members/volunteers to vote via absentee ballot (or virtually during the meeting) in order to conduct business. We will be sending out absentee ballot information in a separate email to all current members/volunteers.
